We are booking International orders for selected countries on full advance payment. Orders will be delivered through DHL or other courier services within 7 business days.  After your payment is authorized, it can take us 7-15 or more days depending on the type/size of your order to process. This is only estimated time and does not include weekends and holidays. It is recommended to ask us about the order process time before placing the orders.

  • The shipping charges of international orders will be declared after your order placement. Once your order is ready to dispatch our member will contact you to share with you the weight of your parcel and the delivery charges according to that weight.
  • Products will be reserved for not more than 2 days during this time the payment should be made (Failure to make payment within 2 days will result in cancellation of your order).
  • We accept international payment through Money Gram, Western Union & Online Bank Transfer. Our support team provides you the complete detail of courier company and consignment number before disptach.
  • Refund/Return/Exchanges are not offered on International Orders (conditions apply). Moreover, International buyers would need to pay Import Duty and taxes (if any) applied at the time of shipment. No return/refund policy.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (IF ANY)

  • All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
  • We ship your package “Duty and Taxes” unpaid, and we do not calculate any local taxes or duties during checkout.
  • Any fees that are due will be collected on delivery of the order.
  • Any applicable customs, import and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
  • Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
  • If your order does require any additional charges, they must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs.
  • Consignees in Saudi Arabia must have a valid commercial registration with Saudi Customs for smooth clearance and delivery of shipments. In case a consignee does not have a valid commercial registration, shipment will return back to origin without any intimation.

DISCLAIMERS

The shipping policies can be changed and updated from time to time, please go through the Shipping page every time you make a purchase with Kamli. Once the order has been placed and finalized it cannot be reversed, canceled or changed. Make sure to receive the parcel yourself, and get the receipt of your products form delivery man. Delivery time may be compromised if the customers fail to provide a proper shipping address or due to internal/external unanticipated events.
