We aim to facilitate all our clients if they wish to exchange their purchased articles, provided that the purchase was made (delivered) in Pakistan. We advised that before placing the order please take some time to go through product descriptions, fabric, size, measurements and price of the items you wish to purchase. The guidelines of exchange are mentioned below:
- Exchange is offered only on wrong parcels sent by mistake or different products packed by mistake.
- These are make to order items that we produce specially for you. We don’t offer any return or exchange on such items.
- We serve you the best products and services. We do not offer any exchange or return based on customer’s mood, likeness, choice or thoughts about the products later on.
- No Exchange if request is made outside the specified time frame.
- No Exchange if product has been tampered.
- No Exchange if parcel is received or opened without payment to the rider.
- No Exchange if anything is missing from the package including labels, freebies and accessories.
- Products you wish to exchange should be in their original state; defected products will not be returned or exchanged.
- Products that are worn, altered or used will not be considered for return/exchange.
- Hijab, scarves, and underscarves will not be considered for return/exchange.
- Products with removed tags will not be considered for return/exchange.
- Products will not be considered for exchange if it is stained, emits body odors or has perfume marks, damages or water stains.
- Make-to-order customized abayas, hijabs, scarves, underscarves or any other products are not eligible for return/exchange policy.
- Products purchased from sale/clearance section or on discount will not be returned or exchanged.
- The packaging of the item you wish to return/exchange should be intact and undamaged.
- For exchanged, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order/parcel.
- The return/exchange will be processed after we receive your parcel back, which can take up to 14 days.
- For Exchange you must provide a valid reason within 24 hours of receiving a parcel.
- You will be required to share photographic evidence of the wrong item within 2 hours of purchase or parcel received before any claims can be processed.
- In case an item is found to be faulty or wrong, you will have to send the product back to us within 3 days of purchase/received.
- A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund if needed.
- The shipping charges of the exchanged products will be paid by the customer.
- Kamli reserves the right to reject any return and exchange request if the above mentioned guidelines are not followed.
- Please be informed we do not accept returns for products NOT purchased through this Site.

REFUND POLICY
Kamli does not offer a ‘cash refund’ or ‘Money Back Guarantee’ on purchased products though Kamli is fully authorized to cancel any order and return your amount. We are not liable to state any reason for order cancellation.
- The customer cancels the order, before Kamli starts processing the shipment.
- If any fee or tax charged during refund transfer, it will be deducted from customer’s amount.
- If the transaction does not verify the security checks and Kamli is not willing to process such order.
- The shipment has been delayed due to weather issues, logistic issues, political issues, etc. and if it takes longer than 6 weeks.
- Refunds cannot be issued from any of our offices/shops/stalls. You will receive the refund amount only through online transfers.
- Kamli has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as – item is out of stock, or the credit card payment declined, etc.
