DOMESTIC ORDERS
Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available only for Pakistan. Delivery charges starts from Rs. 300 and increase according to the weight of parcel. All domestic, ready to wear items are dispatched in 7 working days while make to order items dispatched in 14 days.
Please follow the policies/guidelines below:
- Customer is not allowed to receive/open the parcel without making payment to the rider. Violating this policy will be considered an offense and Kamli reserves all rights to take effective action in case of violation of any of our policy. However we offer full support (exchange) in case of any issue or concern with the product you receive after payment.
- COD is not available on customize or make to order products and in areas unreachable by couriers. For custom or make to order products 50% – 70% advance payment will be required and remaining 30% – 50% cash you pay upon time of delivery. Full advance payment can also be asked depending upon the type of order and location to deliver. We accept advance payment through JazzCash/Easypaisa and bank transfer.
- Please save email invoices for your records.
- We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
- No COD for orders on post office address or remote areas. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan.
- COD orders will be processed after successful verification.
- The COD charges are calculated for you and are shown on the checkout page before you pay the bill.
- If delivery of parcel delayed/refused due to any reason the team will contact you.
- In case of unavailability of any product, color, or size; team may inform you after receiving your order.
- If your house address does not come under delivery zone, you have to collect the parcel from courier’s post office in your area. Otherwise courier may ask you to pay the additional charges to get the parcel delivered on your doorstep. (note: riders do not deliver in distant streets, unsafe places, reluctant areas)
ORDER TRACKING
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email/call/message with your order number and an order tracking number (if you have subscribed our newsletter and provided us a valid email address). Sometimes you may not receive any confirmation due to some technical issues. During transit of your package, you may enter that number into relevant Order Tracking portal to check your order status.
COORDINATION WITH RIDERS
Before delivery of the parcel you will receive the SMS from courier or may rider will contact you on your given number (if needed). Please make sure your provided number is on and kindly assist the rider if he asks for any help to find your address. Pick up the call of rider on your given number. Don’t request the rider to postponed or delay the delivery of your parcel. Kindly, receive it on expected day and time. Otherwise’ customer will be responsible for the extra shipping charges, parcel swapping and late delivery. Please only pay the mentioned amount on your parcel to the courier. No additional fees or deposit should be paid to the rider otherwise Kamliclothing is not responsible for it. NOTE:
We have made every effort to display the colors/designs of our products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors/designs you see will depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color/design of the product on delivery.
DISCLAIMERS
The shipping policies can be changed and updated from time to time, please go through the Shipping page every time you make a purchase with Kamli. Once the order has been placed and finalized it cannot be reversed, cancelled or changed. Make sure to receive the parcel yourself, and get the receipt of your products form delivery man. Delivery time may be compromised if the customers fail to provide a proper shipping address or due to internal/external unanticipated events.
